What we collect. When you use Lark we collect the account identifier you sign in with, the places you save, the trips you generate, and routine app-usage telemetry (crash reports, anonymised performance metrics). When you use the marketing-analytics SaaS, we additionally collect your workspace settings, the public competitor handles you add, and your team members' identifiers.
How we use it. Strictly to run the products you have signed up for — to authenticate you, build your trip plans, render your dashboards, and improve the software. We do not sell personal data, ever. We do not run third-party advertising trackers inside the apps.
Where it lives. On managed cloud infrastructure with named providers. Subprocessors and their regions will be listed in the full policy at launch. We use third-party providers for AI text processing, places resolution, routing, and crash reporting, each under their standard terms.
Your rights. Access, correction, deletion, and portability — under the Singapore PDPA and, where they apply, equivalent local laws. Email ananyabesufekad@thaloros.org for any request.
Standard pre-launch terms. Full terms will accompany public launch of each product.
The agreement. By using Lark or the marketing-analytics SaaS product, you agree to these terms. The contracting entity is Thaloros Pte. Ltd. (UEN 202621271M), a Singapore exempt private company.
What we do, what we don't. Lark is a planning tool. It does not book flights, hotels, or any travel inventory. It does not hold customer money or operate any travel-supplier escrow. The marketing-analytics SaaS surfaces publicly available data from short-form video platforms — we are not a platform partner, reseller, or affiliate of TikTok, Instagram, or YouTube.
Acceptable use. Don't reverse engineer the apps, scrape our backends, or use the products to violate third-party terms (including the platforms whose public data we surface). Don't upload content that infringes others' rights.
Termination. You may close your account at any time from in-app settings or by emailing support. We may suspend or terminate for material breach of these terms with reasonable notice, and immediately for fraud or abuse.
Governing law. Singapore law. Disputes will be resolved in the Singapore courts.
Different rules apply depending on which product you bought and how you paid.
Lark — App Store and Google Play purchases. Refund requests for Lark subscriptions or one-off in-app purchases are handled by Apple and Google through their stores, under their own refund policies. We can help you locate the right form, but we do not have access to process the refund directly.
Marketing-analytics SaaS — Stripe subscriptions. Once the SaaS product launches, subscriptions will be billed monthly or annually through Stripe. You can cancel at any time from your workspace settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. For pro-rata refund requests within the first 14 days of an annual subscription, email ananyabesufekad@thaloros.org and we'll process it.
Chargebacks. If you believe there's been an error or unauthorised charge, please email us first. We respond to billing emails within one business day.
