About the company

A small
software studio
out of Singapore.

Thaloros Pte. Ltd. is a Singapore software company incorporated on 13 May 2026. We design and build consumer and B2B software — two products at a time, no more.

We chose Singapore because it's a clear, well-understood place from which to run an international software business that needs to receive payments from Apple, Google, and Stripe, and to pay overseas service providers under terms our customers and partners already recognise.

The story

We met at KAIST, double-majoring in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science. Over the last year we built a marketing-analytics tool we wanted to use ourselves, and a trip planner we wished existed every time we tried to plan a weekend away.

Neither product is a hobby. Both are production software built to be shipped and supported. We incorporated Thaloros in Singapore to give them a proper commercial home — a clean legal entity, a real bank account, a real path to App Store and Stripe payouts.

Corporate compliance

Statutory registers, annual returns with ACRA, annual tax returns with IRAS, and audited financial statements via a Singapore-based corporate secretarial and accounting service.

Data protection

Published privacy policy. Personal data handled in line with the Singapore Personal Data Protection Act and equivalent local laws where they apply.

Payments

We never handle card details directly. Consumer payments go through Apple and Google; SaaS payments through Stripe. Our bank account only receives settled funds.

AML & sanctions

Counterparties are mainly well-known platforms and service providers. No cash transactions, no high-risk industries, no sanctioned persons or jurisdictions.
